Christian gas a MS in Metallurgical Engineering (1980) and a Ph.D. in Material Science (1984) of the Technical University of Aachen in Germany.
Dr. Peter Heinze
Since more than 16 years Peter has worked in the international semiconductor sales and marketing. After his Ph.D. in natural sciences in 1990, he has been working for several equipment companies in the front-end and back-end area located in Europe, U.S.A. and Asia.
